Cancellation/ Refund Policy:

The lead name on the booking must notify us in writing or via email at our office to cancel the holiday. We will refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges as outlined below:

• From the booking date until 30 days before the arrival date, 25% of the package cost will be charged.
• From 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, 45% of the package cost will be charged.
• From 15 to 7 days before the arrival date, 70% of the package cost will be charged.
• For cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date, 100% of the package cost will be charged.

Changes Made by Us Before Travel:

We reserve the right to make changes to your holiday program due to unforeseen conditions. If you are not willing to accept a significant change, we will (if possible) offer an alternative holiday of similar standard and price at no extra cost, or a less expensive holiday with a refund of the price difference. Alternatively, you can choose a different holiday from our offerings, paying or receiving the difference in price. If you prefer, you may cancel your holiday and receive a full refund of your deposits, except for any amendment charges of INR 1475.00.

If the change is due to reasons such as political instability, natural disasters, terrorism, or severe weather conditions, we will offer compensation as follows:

• Before 12 days of departure, deposits only.
• Before 7 days of departure, 100% of the holiday cost.
• Before 4 days of departure, 100% of the holiday cost.
• Before 2 days of departure, 100% of the holiday cost.
• If we fail to provide some or all promised services, a full refund of deposits will be provided.
• Amarnath helicopter tickets are subject to availability on the requested dates. If tickets are unavailable, we will refund the full deposit amount.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control:

We are not liable for compensation, reimbursements, or covering any losses if changes to your holiday are caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include events we could not anticipate or avoid despite reasonable care, such as war, epidemics, natural disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, or severe weather conditions. A non-refundable amount of INR 2500 per person will apply in addition to the cancellation policy of your holiday package.

Your Responsibility:

We strive to provide an enjoyable and stress-free holiday experience. However, you are responsible for your actions and any consequences they may have on others. If we, or anyone in authority, believe your behavior may disturb others or put people at risk, we reserve the right to end your holiday and terminate the contract. You and your travel companions may be barred from using booked accommodations, transport, and other arrangements, and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation, or additional costs.

Additionally, you are responsible for your safety and the condition of the property you occupy. We are not liable for accidents caused by irresponsible behavior or damages to property. You will be held responsible for any damage to accommodations or property, including any legal costs incurred in pursuing a claim. Please report any breakages, defects, or damage immediately.

If your behavior, or that of your traveling party, causes a diversion, you will be held liable for all costs associated with that diversion.

If You Have a Complaint:

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible holiday experience. If you are not satisfied, please report the issue as soon as possible to the relevant person (e.g., accommodation management or transport provider). If they are unable to assist, inform your holiday representative, and we will make every effort to resolve the problem.
